[Editorial Explanation: the following are images of a letter from one Robert Weldon, a prisoner in the Dauphin County, Pennsylvania Jail at Harrisburg. After a lengthy string of letters, the man asked that we publish the commentary about his "invention." The character of Mr. Weldon's letters was so offensive, abusive and neurotic that members of the staff were not willing to volunteer their efforts to re-key his hand-written letter. Because our founder had, for some reason, agreed to publish the letter in spite of the writer's earlier manic ravings, I got stuck with preparing Weldon's letter for publication. This is as much as I'm willing to invest in it. esg]
