Sadly, the Pennsylvania legal system is: far from perfect. One in every seven prisoners is not guilty of the crime for which he/she was convicted. Many others have been unfairly and unreasonably handled by the system. Still others have been injured or had their rights violated while inside Pennsylvania's unprofessional prisons.
