Thomas Wall was apparently murdered while a prisoner in the Dauphin County Jail in Harrisburg, in Central Pennsylvania. There was apparently an official effort to cover up the murder by claiming that the death was by "natural causes." The Dauphin County Jail is one of the most dangerously mismanaged, filthiest and most overcrowded dungeons in the United States. It is truly a travesty. On more than one occasion murders have been rumored to have occurred at the jail. While being held for a bail hearing on a charge of selling crack, Mr. Wall "collapsed in the gym" according to the guard staff. Others have a different version. They allege that the man was afraid for his life because of one of the jail's vicious guards. His death from "natural causes" at age 30 after having had a medical examination earlier on the day of his death simply doesn't wash.
