At my Church, we all decided to help inmates by writing letters to them. What I have found out turns my stomach!
There is a young man by the name of William Kulp GK 7562 in Camp Hill prison in Pennsylvania. He's in the so-called "Special Management Unit" ("SMU").
"They," meaning Deputy "Secretary" Shirley Smeal and Jeffrey Beard, will tell you that the SMU is for inmates who cause trouble. In fact, the SMU is used to punish inmates who have filed civil suits or numerous grievances against the staff. (Guards, or so-called corrections officers are commonly called "COs").
This young man was assaulted to the point that charges were filed with Cumberland County District Attorney, David Freed's Office.
Three COs entered Mr. Kulp's cell. They assaulted him again as retaliation for the legal charge. In addition, they destroyed his legal documents. His voice has never been heard.
Then he filed 2 grievances. The same 3 COs assaulted him again and threatened to kill him if he didn't drop the grievances.
Again, he was defeated.
On February 6th Deputy Secretary Shirley Smeal sent me a letter. Unbelievably it said that, William Kulp is "responding well with staff!" pure lies! (get it).
Here's where authorities got sloppy and stupid. On February 19th, less than 2 weeks later, Pennsylvania Senator Sean Logan had Timothy Joyce telephone Camp Hill prison about William Kulp, GK 7562.
On that same exact day, in obvious retaliation, William Kulp was placed in a cage. He was stripped naked. The same COs who had beaten him claimed that he had a razor.
Not even Jesus Christ can get a razor into SMU.
Although no razor was found, they wrote him up anyway; another fake write-up.
I got William Kulp's letter 5 days later on February 24th. It was filled with the full, grim details. It was also dated February 19th.
Timothy Joyce's email of February 19th made it clear that they have sent a very strong message to me and my Pennsylvania Senator. It is clear he has been challenged to a dual!
I must now write all my 50 senators, John Conyers, Nancy Pelosi, Tom Corbett and many others.
As a woman of color Shirley Smeal is a disgrace! Her husband who I hear is a white man runs the Smithfield state prison where Walter May DW 3424, Matthew White FZ 600 and John Diaz DS 4803 are being abused.
These men cryout for help, but I'm powerless. I am speaking with John Diaz's mother. John has filed a civil suit. In retaliation, for filing suit, he's been punished in his cell 24/7 for 1 year! He's afraid to come out of his cell.
If you don't believe what I say, google Camp Hill prison abuse. Then google prison abuse in Pennsylvania. You'll find plenty!
Governor Ed Rendell has done nothing! Nothing!
Do you have the authority to go into these prison's with a United States Marshal? If you do, then please don't wait to do this. If you try to telephone these prisons every word they speak is all lies! The COs are mostly racist. What they do to the men of color and William Kulp who is Native American makes me sick!
I pray that you can help these men.

[A Personal Note: I want you to know I can't trust anyone. I've met people who have a son in prison or a daughter They don't visit them, yet they sacrifice them for a class action.
I work alone with my father. I want my
brother-in-law, at the age of 55, after 26 years in prison to come home. I want what is right for our American Captives.
Trying to stop the abuse is very difficult, but I know The Divine Light of Justice will one day shine on our American Captives. I thank you all.]
