When I say "doddering old fool" or "senile blunderer" do you think of any particular judge? The Pennsylvania Superior Court has 14 regular dunces and ten or so "senior" buffoons. Together they are some of the worst and most dangerous legal minds on the bench.
I want to call your attention to three in particular. I think they are among the worst. Certainly, none of them should be a judge and none should be entrusted with any legal matter where justice is important.
If you ever see any of these names on the ballot for anything, you'd be better off voting for the family dog. At least with the dog, you can get him paper-trained. These guys will shit right on your heads!
Think of a doddering old fool. Did John P. Hester come to mind? this legal has-been is a "senior judge." He should have the good grace to quit. He's got no business on the bench if any sort of justice is expected.
By contrast, John T. Kelly, Jr. is a disgusting Republican political hack. He is one of Thornburg's kind of people and I don't want to go too deeply into that! Throw the bum out!
At first glance good old Zoran Popvick might seem like a harmless enough dolt. Sorry. He's another one who has no business on the bench. Replace him with someone who can reason at least a little.
