If you can't fight city hall, think what you face trying to fight the gestapo called the Parole Board! This is as un-American as it gets.
Obviously, the members of the Board should be impeached or even tried for malfeasance. I urge all citizens to sue the Board and its members for the millions and millions of tax dollars they are squandering for political reasons. I urge you to "throw the bums out!"
The Board fails to parole men as it should. They're bureaucrats who don't want to work. They give men hugh "hits," that is, delays before they will again be reviewed for parole. It's not unusual for the Board to refuse to parole a man and then to tell the poor devil not to try again for 5 or 10 years or even more.
The law allows interested persons to make applications for the parole of any eligible prisoner. One woman tried to apply for parole for ALL the eligible men. She wanted the Board to review each man every six months as the law allows.
She hoped that maybe she could get that bunch of worthless political hacks up off their butts and earning their huge salaries.
Guess what! The Board wouldn't honor her application. Using her own money, the taxpayer went to Commonwealth Court to try to get some help. The case is docketed as 846 MD 1996.
If you don't know it already, the system doesn't work. It's utterly corrupt. The legal system is a farce. Its whole aim is to hold down the under dog and prevent us from causing too much bother to those in power. The law and lawyers are as crooked as a snake and just as slimy.
A lawyer named Arthur R. Thomas is a bureaucrat employed by the Parole Board. Arty didn't want to answer the legal complaint filed by the taxpayer. Now, remember, you taxpayers are paying his lawyer. Art didn't want to be straight-up with the taxpayer. That's not the crooked, devious way that the law works.
Arty Thomas, acting for the Parole Board objected to the court. He whined that in the first place the woman was only a taxpayer and so, she hand't stated a claim. Next, he whined that she didn't wait long enough. He wants the court to throw out the taxpayer's action so that the Board can stall for another few months. Every minute (not month, but minute) that they stall, it costs the taxpayers $500!
Lastly, this highly paid public servant whined that the taxpayer had used the wrong kind of mail! He want's the court to throw out the action because she sent her papers to the Attorney General by regular mail instead of by certified mail!
The law is not for the people. It's for the rich people. If you are poor or weak, expect to get screwed. Don't believe any of the bullshit. All that equal justice and justice is blind stuff is a lie.
We're now waiting for the Commonwealth Court to act.
