Thug Prison Guards Found
Guilty
By: E. Lisa Wright
Two guards from the notoriously badly managed State Correctional Institution at Huntingdon in Central Pennsylvania have been found guilty by a federal jury of beating up a prisoner in October 1995. Prisoner Steven Northinton brought suit against guards Ronald Colyer, Charles McCoy and Marton Wilson for beating him up while he was in the hole in the prison.

For prisoners, justice is extremely slow. After years of stalling while the state defended the cruel conduct of the thugs, McCoy and Wilson were found guilty. Ronald Colyer got off. The prisoner got screwed!
