Pennsylvania Imprisonment Rates

We have written before about the civil war being
waged against citizens (mostly blacks) by the government. A huge number
of Pennsylvanians are being imprisoned. What that really means is they
are being enslaved as forced labor and to provide
high-paying state jobs for rural whites. Nowadays the government is
capturing and enslaving citizens at a rate 4 times greater than it did
just 25 years ago.
In former articles which tried to express this cultural war we focused
mostly on men (government has a bias against being masculine) and blacks
(government has a bias against black cultural norms). In the present article,
we compare how much each Pennsylvania county detests and exploits its citizens.
We've averaged together the statistics for recent years to give a fairer
representation of the hostility of the state's governments.
In the table which follows, we have tabulated only those citizens thrown
into state prisons. In addition to these numbers, about the same numbers
were enslaved in county jails. An additional number were put into federal
prisons. Our table lists only the citizens (almost all men, almost two
thirds minorities) we were fed into the state prison leviathan (
to provide baby-sitting jobs for the yokels of rural Pennsylvania who vote
for the "conservative" oppressors.
Our table ranks each county with Philadelphia, the worst, listed first.
It lists the average number of persons sent to state prisons each year
and the rate of imprisonment. The last figure is derived by dividing the
number of persons imprisoned by the population of the county. It is stated
as the rate per million population. Since almost all those imprisoned are
men, you can about double the rare to estimate what it is for the male
population.

*A person (usually black) in Philadelphia County is
almost 17 times more likely to be imprisoned than a person from Columbia
County.
**The poor person living in Dauphin County (Harrisburg) is almost 14
1/2 times as likely to be imprisoned as the person from Columbia County,
but only 86% as likely as the sucker from Philadelphia.
***The person from Dreary Erie, the mistake by the
lake, is 11 times as likely to be imprisoned as the person from Columbia
County, but only two thirds as likely as the guy from Philadelphia. Erie
is mostly white.
