Political Prisoner
Seeking
Pro Bono Legal Assistance

Due to the enactment of the Anti-Terrorism and Effective Death Penalty Act, (AEDPA) in 1996, seeking legal redress by a federal writ of habeas corpus is almost impossible. The AEDPA placed a one year time limitation on such filings and the courts are applying rigid standards, denying those like myself, who have missed the filing deadlines even by a matter of days, their right to file a federal writ of habeas corpus, the Great Writ, guaranteed by our constitution.

I'm in desperate need of legal assistance in pursuing my legal rights via a federal writ of habeas corpus.

Law professors, lawyers, law students, para-legals, etc, anyone who is willing and able to help me or who has information relative to the AEDPA's time limitations, please contact me.

Thank you. "In The Struggle."
