It's not unusual. Recently women guards at the state prison at
Graterford in Southeastern Pennsylvania were charged with having
sex with some of the prisoners. Apparently they snacked on a
little inmate wiener.
The prisoners hadn't complained, but the conscientious administration decided that females couldn't be prostituting themselves with the low-life felons. The peculiar thing is that the prison administration doesn't even notice the homosexual assaults by the male guards. When we hear a prisoner complain about sex in prison it's never against a female. The complaints (such as they are) are against the male guards forcing sex on unwilling (or not so unwilling) inmates. The Pennsylvania prison system is obsessed with sex. It's a serious mental aberration with them. By contrast, we strongly urge conjugal visiting between prisoners and their mates.
