True to form, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court has again screwed over 15,000 prisoners.
The system doesn't work! Anyone who thinks that the legal system is just, fair, reasonable or impartial is a sap!
A group of prisoners petitioned the Pennsylvania Supreme Joke for enforcement of the sentencing law. The law clearly requires definite sentences and parole at the expiration of the minimum sentence.
The Supreme Joke snickered at the law and sacrificed the prisoners. It didn't even bother to write an opinion. It just denied the prisoners' petition. The law be damned! Prisoners be damned!
We family and friends of the prisoners, along with the general public must force changes. We suggest Impeachment of the Justices. Replace them with kangaroos. The trained seals only bark for their political masters.
