Justin R. Wells is a cop on the notoriously bad force in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania's capital city. It's better known as The Unfriendly City. Cop Wells seems to have a gang that follows his bad example.
A young man, Ryan Westover, was arrested by the cops as he foolishly went through the Unfriendly City on his way home in Steelton. It you're inclined to believe what cops say (I'm not), the 22 year-old Ryan was driving drunk. The cops slapped him into a cell, but first they handcuffed him and shackled his ankles. They didn't want him to have a chance to defend himself. According to the victim, after a few minuted, along strutted cop Justin Wells. He apparently had at least 2 other cops following him like the tail of a mutant orca. Mr. Westover says that without provocation, cop Wells punched him in the face. The young man's nose appears to have been smashed. The gang of brave cops proceeded to beat, kick and stomp on the handcuffed Mr. Westover. He was left badly battered. One of the cops actually left his boot print on the young man's side. All the while the beating was going on, the victim was helpless. He was handcuffec and shackled! Cops including those in Harrisburh, are cowards. Another thing about cops, they're as dumb as liverwurt. Even though Mister Westover was a bloody mass of wounds and bruises, the cops took him to a preliminary arraignment. The district magistrate wasn't the sharpest tack in the box, but he managed to realize that Mr. Westover, a man of slight stature, had been savagely beaten. An invetigation very slowly ensued. the cops' union and the city of Harrisburg helped to cover-up for the thugs. Cops protect one another. Nobody else likes them enough to ptrotrct them. Cops lie. They are part of the worst street gang in the world. Be mindeful that Harrisburg is The Unfriendly City. If you must go through it look out for Justin Wells and his gang. Look out for ALL Harrisburg cops. They are all pretty rotten. |
