There are so many Pennsylvania cops who are rapists, sex fiends and perverts that it's almost impossible to keep track of them. State cop Dickie Keener is the latest Pennsylvania cop to be charged with sexual assault. According to the Attorney General "trooper" Richard S. Keener of Bellefonte in Centre County, Pennsylvania got himself and a woman pretty well boozed-up at bar(s). He took her home and shoved the tool to her. During the rape, the cop reportedly badly bit and mauled the woman over much of her body. He's 130 pounds heavier than his victim and 8 inches taller than she is. Although she struggled and kicked, the woman was unable to prevent the assault. Cops are parasites. Cops are brutes. Cops are sex maniacs. Bail for such a vicious rape would customarily be about $250,000 or more. Since the pervert was a a state cop, his bail was a mere 10% of that amount. The "just-us" system doesn't treat people equally. Then, the cop was actually released without posting any bail. Now he's on the street where he can intimidate his victim if he wants to, or maybe he's got another victim in his sights.
