Most of the people who are employed in "corrections" are thugs and psychological cripples. Who else would do such work? Most of them never get caught at it. Even when they are caught, the administration lies, covers up and promotes the worst offenders. On rare occasions a prison guard who is disliked even by his colleagues gets tossed out. That's what recently happened with Captain Sluggo Rocky.
Rocky thinks he's fierce and strong. He likes to beat up people. Since men might fight back, he likes best to beat up on women, especially frail, delicate women. After brutalizing 3 wives, Captain Rocky pressured a 95 pound librarian into dating him. He beat her up, blackening her eye.
A prisoner who found out about the incident, snitched him out.
No harm done. Captain Rocky was NOT prosecute for sexual abuse, assault or any of his other crimes. Because he was part of the corrections racket, Sluggo was allowed to retire with full pension. We taxpayers will be supporting him so that he can continue his abusive ways. By contrast, his little female victim was fired without a penny.
This is the same example of brave manhood who begged for his life (and the sanctity of his rectum) during a minor prison disturbance. This is the same erect (no pun intended) citizen who sanctioned repeated beatings of handcuffed prisoners.
What do the Conservative slugs in Harrisburg do about it? They say nothing because they all have their own closets full of skeletons. Instead of persecuting prisoners, politicians like Wett Feces and his cohort Stewart "Billions For Punishment" Greenleaf should be looking at cases like Captain Rocky and the KO'd Librarian. Why isn't Governor Tom Ridge stopping abuse? Face it, he likes it!
