Robert Morgan a state prison guard first at the Camp Hill
prison across the river from Harrisburg in Central Pennsylvania
and later a sergeant at the Albion prison in Erie County, was
arrested for sexually molesting two girls while they were quite
young.
The girls say that they were repeatedly raped from the
time they were about 7 years old until they were about 10 years
old.
The victims, relatives of the guard, said that they were
abused both in Mount Holly Springs in Cumberland County and later
at Morgan's home in Erie.
Raping girls is a little unusual for Pennsylvania prison guards. Most of them prefer to rape boys. |
