Dick Dimond
Dicked Dish

By: Nancy N. Lyster

Much too much fuss is make about most sexual "offenses" especially those involving "children." The truth is that sex sells! The more sensational and dirtier, the better. A huge part of the pervasive American hypocrisy is the loud and totally false outcry that sex is an evil and the reality that it is the obsession especially of religious nuts and conservatives.

Richard Dimond (some reports have it "Diamond") is a cop in rural Lebanon County in East-Central Pennsylvania, a spot called, South Londonderry Township, known for its extreme Republican hypocrisy and religious manias. It seems that Dick was assigned to deal with a little girl who'd been sexually or physically "abused." Like most girls, she seems to have enjoyed it just fine. Dick dealt with her okay!

Apparently he started making out with the girl when she was about 14. The affair seems to have bloomed. Dick admits that he dicked the girl, but not until she was sexteen (sorry, sixteen).

The double sexual standard pretends that young women are helpless pawns. Older men can manipulate them and take advantage of their "innocence."

That's pure crap. As anyone with any real-life experience knows, girls from 2 years-old onward, manipulate men. They want things. Males want things. It's simple economics. Neither one is trying to inscribe anything in stone, just enjoy a tryst, an experience, but it makes salacious news copy.

The "innocent" girl is a myth.

We can't defend cops, but in sexual matters, there are always two sides, the inside and the outside.

"Come live with me and be my love,
And we will some new pleasures prove
Of golden sands and crystal brooks,
With silker lines and silver hooks."
John Donne, circa 1600
