Phillip Crabill is or was a guard at the prison in Gettysburg in the South Central part of Pennsylvania. The Attorney General of the state (not always a reliable source of information) claims that Mr. Crabill used an Internet chatroom to communicate with what he believed was a 12 year-old girl. Mr. Crabill is charges with telling the child (who really wasn't) some of the perverse sexual things he wanted to do to her. Fantasy can be risky. Mr. Crabill ended up as a prisoner in the jail where he'd been a guard or not.
