| Michael Andrew SIlver was a
cop. He worked for the notorious Lancaster, Pennsylvania,
police department. Those guys have a reputation for
faking not just the evidence, but the crimes as well. A
number of them even have a reputation for gang-raping
young women.
Personally, to me it seems like a small thing, no pun intended, but it's against one of Pennsylvania's 666 criminal laws. So, cop Silver had to plead guilty to possessing forbidden smut. He even pled guilty to sexual abuse although he apparently was only a looker, not a toucher. Since he is a cop he got only 5 years of probation. You or I would get at least 5 to 10 years of hard time. |
