Politics and Politicians

Conservatives have American liberties by the throat. Since the far-right-wing has seized power, each of us has lost dozens of our essential freedoms. We've become afraid to express our views knowing that an oppressive government is listening, watching, taking our rights, ready to pounce. Your government has become your enemy.

We're not yet as bad as the Nazis, but we're certainly on that muddy path. Religious maniacs, political extremists and control-freaks have made the government all-powerful. Our individual rights have become worthless. It will take a revolution!

Corruption, especially Republican corruption infects all levels of government. The Pennsylvania legislature is the pay-off club of corruption. City governments are on the take of big business. The federal government, starting with President George "Big-Business" Bush all the way down to the lowest clerk is crooked. In many ways we've become worse than a third world dictatorship.

To salvage any of our liberties from this filthy morass we must each become much more engaged in politics. Twenty percent of the population dictate to the majority. They use lies, fear and deception. Get involved before you're made totally irrelevant.

As a nation we've become an evil empire colonizing, dominating and abusing the rest of the world. Every nation regards America as a bad neighbor. We are immoral, greedy and we've lost our leadership. The Republicans have succeeded in making a world crowded with dangerous new enemies. America's been reduced to the status of schoolyard bully.

Be ashamed of what the conservatives and the Republicans have done to our country and our government. But, also be ashamed of yourself for letting them do it. Get involved in politics now! Move On!
