Pennsylvania taxpayers buy a lot of prisoner piss. And, they pay a fortune for it. In 1995, you shelled you about $1,200.000.00 for it!
According to the most recent Department of Revenge figures, you taxpayers paid to have 29,494 urine tests performed on prisoners. You wanted to find out if the nasty little brats had dared to smoke some grass. You wanted to be sure to put the "users" into the prison hole.
Chances are that you don't think like a guard. No sane person does. If you did think like a guard you'd understand that it's very important to put "users" into the hole. The Department of Revenge feels that it's perfectly proper to spend about a thousand dollars of your money to catch each "user" and slap him into the hole. Of course, lots of those "positive " results were frauds. It's so much fun to put men into the hole that a lot of "tests" are set-ups. It's the Department of Revenge way.
When you wonder where your tax money's going, you can feel proud. Today alone you spent about $3500.00 to test prisoner piss for the dread marijuana! Don't you feel safer? Don't you feel that the worlds' a better place to live in thanks to the $3,500.00 you invested in prisoner piss?
