I'm currently serving time at the state correctional facility at Smithfield in Huntingdon County in Central Pennsylvania. I'm in desperate need of legal help. Not only have I been wrongly accused, but also ineffectively defended. I haven't murdered anyone, yet I'm doing 56.5 to 114 years for three armed robberies, two aggravated assaults and countless minor charges. I say that I was wrongly accused because the robberies were committed during a time when I wasn't even in the state. I say I was ineffectively defended because the trial attorney which the court assigned to me was neither prepared nor had any real knowledge of me or my case. I have yet to receive my trial notes from this guy! The trial judqe had had me in from of him on a previous case where he sentenced me to 12.5 to 25 years which he later reduced to 7 to 15 years. This should show some sort of bias on the judge's part. For the robberies he gave me 47.5 to 95 years! to run consecutively with the 7 to 15. I was then given more time by another judqe for misdemeanor cases for a total of 56.5 to 114 years. This amount of time is ludicrous for a man who has never even had a felony record until now. These United states were built on giving people second chances. Why can't I get a second one? And I'm not guilty of all the crimes that they claim I've committed. I really need some help from anybody who can supply it. I need someone who understands the law.
