| Bruce Facer, is one of that special breed of prison guards who are employed in the so-called Special Management Unit, the torture chamber for systematic dehumanization, at the State Correctional Institution ("SCI") at Camp Hill outside Harrisburg in Central Pennsylvania. When the poor dear learned that we are in the process of preparing to publish the official list of all Department of Corrections ("DOC") employees, he and some of his timid guard associates sued to stop the publication. It seems that they were afraid!
Along with poor Brucie, the other shy guards included: Robert Russell Diehl at SCI-Huntingdon Thomas H. Pickering at SCI-Coal Township Ricci [sic] Lee Ritter at SCI-Smithfield Gabe [sic] White at SCI-Graterford Bruce, testified. He and his brave buddies don't even want you to know there secret first names. Bruce said that he's scared to have the list of employees published on the web. He claimed that he's so terrified that he lives far away from the prison where he works and has an unlisted phone number. It was no problem at all for me to obtain his street address, phone number and other information from a search of existing information. Is Bruce simply paranoid, or is there some reason why he's afraid to have people know about him? What does he do to those miserable prisoners confined under his tender ministrations in the Camp Hill torture chamber? Judge's home addresses and salaries are on the web. They don't tremble. Legislator's home addresses and salaries are on the web. They don't tremble. All manner of state executives are on the web. They don't tremble. What are these guards doing that they are so afraid? Brucie slouched in his chair and whined like a tender flower about his sundry fears. The guards' lawyers, some real rocket scientists from Philadelphia, showed how easy it is to get personal data from the Internet. They specifically suggested that interested persons can access: and IinfoSearch The guards and their cohorts went a lot farther. They harassed intimidated our former internet host. We had to report their crimes (guards commit crimes as second nature) to state and federal authorities and ask for investigation and prosecution. We simply moved our hosts out of state and to Australia. Unlike Pennsylvania, there are many civilized places where free speech is respected. Our former publisher sold her interest to relatives publishing out of Canada. We'll provide links and addresses as soon as the material is ready. If guards weren't such bullies, or if they were just a little brighter, they could figure out that it's all about negotiation. We are always willing to talk, but we don't respond well to thugs and bullies. The information I've included here is from court documents published by the guards themselves, but I've accumulated a lot more. Got any idea what a guard's credit report looks like? What a mess! |
