I had to spend some time at SCI-Muncy (the women's state prison in North-Central Pennsylvania). I befriended quite a few "lifers." Some of whom, in my opinion, should at least be able to receive parole review. Not all of them should be paroled, but I believe in second chances. Sometimes people do change. I realize that "they took a life." There's no excuse for that. But some are because of circumstances. Come on, Pennsylvania, let's come into the 21st century.
