Crazy COp
By: KT McCarry

Insanity is not unusual among Pennsylvania cops. God knows, a lot of them are out of their minds. Many of the rest are dumb as a bag of broken Timexes or have serious personality and emotional problems. The Pennsylvania State Cops are even nuttier than the rest.

For that reason, Stanley Foss III isn't all that unusual. Reports say that he emerged from his home in York County in South Central Pennsylvania and opened fire on neighbors cars. They may have been talking to him. He seems to have held a conversation with the down spout and with some comely shrubbery before barricading himself in his house. State "trooper" Foss then apparently held other cops at bay for seven hours before he passed out.

The cops who captured him didn't know if he was nuts or not. They kept his name secret because he was a cop. His excuse seemed to be that he had a sore back.

The famous Pennsylvania double tier of "justice" is alive and well!
