Sex is good! In fact, it's great, wonderful, delightful. All normal people enjoy sexual expression. A naked woman is not an exploitation. It's an exultation. Normal women like to be admired. Normal people, including prisoners require regular sexual outlets and sexual pleasure. It's an essential element of physical and mental health. Shame and sexual guilt are neurotic abrasions, wacko shit, as the prisoners say. Religious hypocrites (and America is crowded with these beasts), frigid women (as common as Valium gulpers) and the sex maniacs who run the Pennsylvania Department of Imprisonment would like to castrate normalcy. One can't quite figure out what they have against sex, but it sure as hell worries them a lot! They seem to resent other people having pleasure. Rebecca thinks Jeffie Beard, the guy who presently runs the Department of Imprisonment, may be queer. I certainly don't know and couldn't care less. He certainly is a strange duck, I'll admit that. Rebecca blames the renewed sexual oppression in Pennsylvania's prisons on the woman who used to be the victims' advocate - a real cuckoo bitch. She seems to resent anyone getting any pleasure she can't enjoy and she doesn't seem to enjoy any pleasure except from hurting people. What ever the immediate cause, the prisons have greatly expanded their censorship of smut. Executives don't want to talk about the reason for the censorship or to try to justify it. Censorship is always bad. The new expansion of Pennsylvania's censorship rules bans all nudity and all sexual content. Imagine the art and history books, religious icons, science texts as well and such popular magazines as Playboy and Hustler which are now off limits. No more pictures of ancient Indian temples! What are these folks afraid of? Even gorillas and chimps like smut. It was used on pandas to get them into the mood. Complete censorship of sexual expression is as close to castration as the law will allow. Somebody resents the fact that normal men have powerful sexual needs. Will eliminating smut change that? No way! If a prisoner gets caught with smut, it's into the hole for him - no pun intended. The truth of the matter is that for normal prisoners, sexuality behind bars means masturbation. It may not be much, but it's better than nothing. For many prisoners, the males, at least, jack-off books give them the stimulation they need to obtain sexual release. Sexuality is really more in the mind than in the gonads, after all. The porn give many men the visual cues they need. Without a normal and regular sexual outlet there will be a lot more homosexuality in the Pennsylvania prisons. Maybe that's what Jeffie Beards wants. Sexual frustration breeds anger, hostility and violence. Sex is the antidote for violence. As normal masturbation declines, sexual assaults will increase. Prison rapes will increase. It's that simple. The no-smut rule may satisfy some neurotic's abnormal rejection of herself, but the effect will be very negative inside the prisons. Just repeat to yourself, "sex is damn neat.
