A state cop named Paul Brian Roy was accused of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse for the anal rape of his former girlfriend. There has been a startling development. He got off!
The victim who was bound to her bed and left to die after she was brutally ravaged appeared before a district justice, Charles A. Clement, Jr. She told her story in horrid detail. She identified the state cop as the predator who violently sexually attacked her. But, off course, he beat the rap!
To understand why he beat justice, there are four very important facts you should understand. First, the accused rapist was a cop. Secondly, the accused rapist cop has powerful political cronies. He was Governor Ridge's personal bodyguard!
Thirdly, the accused rapist cop had an alibi. The alibi was a "lady" in waiting to Queen Michelle, Governor Ridge's wife.
Lastly, the completely fair, totally unbiased district justice, Charles A. Clement, Jr., is a loyal Republican!
In any court in the Commonwealth, a man can, and usually will be convicted of rape on nothing more than the accusation of the victim. We can find no record any place in the Commonwealth where a district justice threw out a rape charge where the victim accused a man of vicious rape and sodomy and identified her assailant. Of course, none of the other cases involve a state cop with the kind of political connections that Paul Brian Roy has.
There is a moral in this story. It's not that Ridge and his administration are crooked political extremists. We all realize that already. It's not that cops are protected by the corrupt system. We all already realize that it's them against us. The moral of the story is District Justice Charles A. Clement, Jr.
Pennsylvania is polluted with that sort of honorable gentleman. The next time you must appear before a district justice, remember Charles A. Clement, Jr. You don't have a chance, sucker! Put your head between your legs and kiss your ass good bye. The system is utterly corrupt! It is designed to protect the political thugs and cream the citizens. The completely honorable Charles A. Clement, Jr. is the loyal Republican there to carry out the system.
