Michael T. Myers is a Pennsylvania state cop. Pennsylvania state cops are notorious as the most brutal and perverse single group in the Commonwealth. Even the best of them are worst than the "criminals" they hunt. Michael Myers worked out of the cop substation (called a "barracks" state police double-talk) in Chester. We don't know whom he beat up around Chester. His sweetheart had an apartment in Middletown not far from Harrisburg, the Unfriendly City. After an evening of boozing, the big, strong cop is accused of beating his girlfriend to a bloody pulp. In all, it's not such an unusual event. If they're not sexually assaulting women, Pennsylvania state cops are beating them up. Imagine what they do to the poor bastards they arrest.
