Mark Gutshall was a guard at the Monroe County jail at Stroudsburg, or actually at the nearby village of Snyderville. That's in far Eastern Pennsylvania on the border with New Jersey, not very far from New York City. The cops say that Mister Gutshall went to his prison job to cram his peter down prisoners' throats. When he wasn't getting blow jobs, he was giving them. I'm the first guy to acknowledge that a slavering blow job is a dandy way to brighten the morning's drudgery. Still, a prison guard shouldn't be gagging inmates with yards of boner. It upsets the digestion. Mister Gutshall was only a minor member of a sizable gang which exploited prisoners for personal sexual gratification. Ten percent of the jail's staff was arrested for sexual crimes. There's little doubt that many other were also involved. Prison sex rings seldom survive very long. The guards who aren't getting any, snitch on those who are, and where women prisoners are involved, there's always a snitch! So far, the Monroe sex ring included a kitchen steward and half a dozen guards. Nobody seems to have really been the ringleader. It was pretty much a "catch-as-catch-can" affair. Richard Chilmaza seems to like fucking the female prisoners in the gym. It's unclear how many he rode. He must have had a happy old tool. And it was much cheaper than taking a woman to dinner. Rodney Ulysse is also accused of screwing inmates, but it's unclear if they were men or women. To some guards ass is every bit as inviting as pussy. Who am I to pass judgment? We should feel a certain sympathy for the lone woman charged so far. Yvonne Lockard apparently wanted not just a boyfriend, but also a baby. At 31 years old, I suppose she figured that time is slipping away. She seemed to care more about getting pregnant that getting a male lover. Dana Simpson, Sr. of Tobyhanna Township seems to only be charged with petting, fondling and fingering prisoners. Like others, he seems to have liked kissing them, too. You'd hardly think that grabbing a fistful of twat or sneaking a peep-show of women in the shower, would be such a big deal. Many of the guards are also accused of paying for sexual favors by letting prisoners use cell phones, or giving them candy or cigarettes. At the Monroe County jail, tail's on sale. It comes cheap. A Snickers for a piece of ass has got to be a bargain especially for guys who can't get it any other way except, by hand, as they say.
