Like many women, an Afro-American slut falsely accused three rich, spoiled white students at Duke University of rape and sexual assault. Most rape charges are false, lies, exaggerations or delusions. The three accused students, lacrosse players, were obnoxious men, detested by the local Afro-American majority. The local district attorney, a glob of legal garbage named Mike Nifong used the false charges to help himself get re-elected, and, of course, to ruin the boys' lives. Media maniacs such as the raving Nancy Grace, preached how the boys were guilty because they'd been charged.
They weren't. It cost the students and their families $3,000,000 to prove their innocence. The real lesson to be learned from this all-to-common incident isn't just how crooked DAs are. Nifong is like most DAs. The guy in your county is no better and no more honest. Hundreds, thousands, of innocent men are charged all the time. One out of every seven prisoners is not guilty of the crime for which he's serving time. Money is the lesson here. Being innocent didn't get the lacrosse players out of the charge. Money got them off. They could afford lawyers and experts - very expensive lawyers and experts. Money let them win, not justice. How about the rest of us? The hundreds of ordinary men who are falsely accused of rape or child molestation by lying females don't have a million dollars to prove themselves innocent. They're guilty because they're men and because the offense is sexual. If a woman says you did it, you did it. The ordinary public defender isn't there to really get the innocent man off. He's there to make the trial look proper. He's there to make a deal: pretend you're guilty and get five years, or go to trial and get ten years. I know dozens of convicted rapists and child molesters. About half of them are really guilty of something. The others are guilty of having a public defender and a lying accuser. The justice system needs to deal with sexual offenses in a very different way. The paramount rule is that women lie! Think about the women you know. Do you believe what they say? I'm 26, I weigh 119, I have blonde hair...
