Mark M. Short was a cop near Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He was pretty much like any other cop. He liked to steal things. Officer Short looted guns and ammunition from the police stations. Some of it he sold to one or more dealers. Much if it he hoarded at home. When finally arrested, officer Mark M. Short had a house full of murderous armaments including thousands of bullets and dozens of guns. For good measure, he also had a store of high explosives.
