Carolyn Carlson reported that she'd been raped. It was a lie. We all recognize that almost all reports of rape are lies. The simple fact is that women are liars. Everyone acknowledges that reality. Would you believe your wife if she swore that she'd never cheated on you? Get real! Beware of people who characterize themselves as "victims." After a while, Carolyn Carlson confessed that she was lying. That's a lot better than most women do. With most false rape reports some man goes to prison for a LONG time. For her false accusation, Mrs. Carlson received a sentence of 9 months probation - 9 months probation. In her original false report, the woman had described her supposed assailant as a knife wielding Hispanic man. She gave a detailed description of the imaginary man to the cops. Women are good at lying. They have a lot of practice. The cops (always delighted to pin rape on any man and especially on a Latino) drew up a composite sketch. They searched for a guy to arrest on the false charge. They found a suspect and questioned him. If they'd been able to stick him with the charge, he would have gotten at least 20 years of hard prison time. Twenty years of hard time for an imaginary rape versus nine months probation for the false accusation; there's something wrong with this system.
