I desire an attorney to file a civil suit against CYS and the state police. Please see the story of my son's death.
Children and Youth were at my house about 6 times prior to my son being shot and they removed my animals but never removed my children. The police were there about 10 times.
My children lived in a very bad environment. It was horrible for them to live with no food and filthy conditions. I believe that if the agencies involved had done their jobs, my son would still be alive today.
