Your slavish obedience to your right-wing political masters is costing us taxpayers about $500.00 a MINUTE!!
You implement the extreme and illegal ideology of your masters by failing to do your duty and parole the 9,000 odd persons who have served their minimum prison sentences. Keeping those thousands locked up has greatly overcrowded the prisons. Expensive additional prisons must be built just to warehouse your failures.
Do any of you even in your most dizzy moment believe that the 1941 legislature which passed the Parole Act, intended that parole should depend on the whims of political extremes? In 1941, we were fighting Nazis, for heaven sake, not dignifying their manias!
By unfairly refusing to parole thousands of persons, you succeed only in making men more bitter, dangerous and as vengeful as you are. Nothing you are doing is a service to the society. Thanks to your inept banusic arrogance, we taxpayers foot a bill of $720,000.00 a DAY!

You extremists don't have much respect for reality and even less for the law. You prefer revenge. In behalf of ALL the persons that you've abandoned to prison without parole,I HEREBY FORMALLY APPLY FOR THEIR PAROLES!
The law (that's Title 61, Section 331.22) says that "any person" can make an application for parole for any prisoner who's over his minimum. As a taxpayer and citizen, I certainly have a "proper interest."
Here and now, I apply in behalf of EACH AND EVERY person in Pennsylvania's many prisons who's over his or her minimum; all of them! In keeping with the two landmarks, Pierce and Marshall, I demand that you order a district manager interview each eligible prisoner within 6 months and admit them all to parole.
