Got Away With Brutal Murder

Harrisburg is Pennsylvania's "Unfriendly City." It's also a
violent hotbed of vicious crime. The city is grossly
mismanaged. Most of the police force is on the payrolls of the
city's many drug lords.
Harrisburg is corrupt and dangerous, a good place to stay away from. Cung Ba Duong, a bookmaker in the dreaded Allison Hill district, was murdered by a gang of thugs. They invaded his home looking for money to buy dope. A member of the gang Lebron Johnson, was a guard at the infamous Dauphin County Prison. Pennsylvania prison guards are trained to be vicious and corrupt. The guards at places like Frackville and Laurel Highlands are especially unsavory, psychopathic persons. But Dauphin County, in which Harrisburg festers like a herpes canker, has a staff of prison guards which is just as bad. Because he was a prison guard, the corrupt Dauphin County prosecutor gave Lebron Johnson immunity from the murder charge! If you're a guard you can get away with murder in Harrisburg! Other members of Johnson's murderous gang included Angel Luis Rivera-Figueroa, Quan Luong, Carlos Ramiro Lopez-Malave, Felipe Vega, Jr., and Ronald Aaron Whitstyne. Perhaps the prosecutor is the worst in the bunch. He let a guard get away with it.
