LaVon A. Postelle is a district justice near Harrisburg, the unfriendly capital of Pennsylvania. While Pennsylvania has no shortage of bigoted, raciest and incompetent judges, Postelle is in a class by himself. LaVon A. Postella was a state cop. By itself, that should disqualify anybody from playing at being a judge. He's a bully, loud, offensive and also part Negro. It's been my unfortunate experience that, as a group, Afro-Americans are the most raciest, bigoted and culturally offensive persons. Almost everything they say and think is predicated upon race and ethnic culture. To hear the word "nigger," just listen to a black man talk for two minutes. Jargon such as "back ass," "white boy," "Rieken holt and so forth are their common frames of reference. It's sad that a people who have been treated so badly simply because of their race, should do the same thing to others. LaVon A. Postelle (what a ridiculously pompous monikerl) is a product of his culture. He displays an injudicious bigotry. Like any state cop, he's a bully. He seems to have a strong racist bias especially against Hispanics and white women. It was a serious error to elect him to the position of district justice. If he has any knowledge of the law and legal procedure, he subverts it in order to express his personal prejudices. In the cases I've seen, he's prejudged matters based on his personal prejudice. He's been aggressive and offensive toward witnesses and parties. State cops are among the worst thugs in the state. Where, as in this instance, one become a district justice, they should be carefully monitored. LaVon isn't monitored carefully enough.
