Dear Sir:
I am in need of pro-bono help to assist me with an appeal that will secure my release on a charge of murder that I did not commit. I believe there are procedural errors made resulting in denials of previous appeals.

I was convicted of first degree murder and possession of a concealed weapon on 6/21/78 in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.

I'm now serving life imprisonment for murder and 2 1/2 to 5 years sentence consecutive to the murder sentence for the weapons charge.

I was in possession of the weapon for, in my youth, I was a wild and senseless kid, but I did not kill anyone as alleged in the indictment.

Following my conviction in Montgomery County court I appealed and have continued to appeal in both Pennsylvania and federal courts, but to no avail. A history of my appeals follows. All the paperwork pursuing the appeals is in my possession and will gladly be made available upon request.

I'm now 64 years of age and have served 27 years in maximum security facilities. Please review my case and help me.
