Dear Sir: I am in need of pro-bono help to assist me with an appeal that will secure my release on a charge of murder that I did not commit. I believe there are procedural errors made resulting in denials of previous appeals. I was convicted of first degree murder and possession of a concealed weapon on 6/21/78 in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. I'm now serving life imprisonment for murder and 2 1/2 to 5 years sentence consecutive to the murder sentence for the weapons charge. I was in possession of the weapon for, in my youth, I was a wild and senseless kid, but I did not kill anyone as alleged in the indictment. Following my conviction in Montgomery County court I appealed and have continued to appeal in both Pennsylvania and federal courts, but to no avail. A history of my appeals follows.
