Kevin Foley is a Pennsylvania state cop. Like many state cops he's a violent, murderous sort; a killer. Mister Foley was carrying on an illicit sexual affair with a married women. He'd lured the cheating wife into moving in with him - sweet wife! Her husband, John Yelenic, a dentist in Indiana County in West-Central Pennsylvania was understandably miffed. He was in the process of divorcing the slut. Cop Kevin to the rescue! He stabbed the husband to death. The moral is (a) never trust women and (b) never, ever trust a Pennsylvania state cop. These are not good people.
