Antonin Scalia, is certainly one of the worst judges in the United States. He's widely believed to be the rancid reincarnation of Benito Mussolini, inventor of fascism. He's so bad that the crackpot president, Ronald "Fruitloop" Reagan, appointed him to the US Supreme Court. Not all perverts would make bad judges. Clarence Thomas is an exception. He's a sex-fiend who want's to be an executioner; a very bad judge, but he's also on the US Supreme Court. The point is that many judges both on federal and state benches are travesties. Most judges are only marginally qualified for their work. They are, after all, usually not scholars, but political hacks who are beholding to political interests. Almost all have been prosecutors. Doing harm is their mind-set. That's especially true with Republican judges such as Scalia and Thomas. They gave the presidency to the traitor George W. Bush in 2000; one of the nation's great disgraces. The best lawyers generally don't become judges because the pay sucks. With a few exceptions such as Justices Louis Brandeis and William Brennan politicians don't trust or pick legal scholars. There's a judge named Clark in Dauphin County, Pennsylvania who's qualification for being a judge is that he was a state cop! What a dope! Many judges should be doing something else - anything else!
