My Brown Sugar

My Brown Sugar, my sure desire,
You set my heart and soul on fire.
From the bottom of my heart, to the tip of my tongue
You need to know that you're my number one,
Baby, I searched the whole world over to find someone like you,
Someone to make all my dreams come true.
Baby, I climbed the highest mountain,
Swam the depths of the deepest sea
Looking for the love that I thought I could never find.
My Brown Sugar,
My sure desire,
You set my soul on fire.
Baby, my pen is all that I can give.
I can't promise you material things
Like fancy cars and diamond rings,
I can't give you trips around the world;
Just my love,
My sweet baby girl!
