Warren is the shrinking county seat of Warren County in the far Northcentral part of Pennsylvania. In recent years the town's population has dropped to under 10,000 while the county had fallen to under 44,000 souls. Like most of Pennsylvania under Republican political exploitation, the place is dying, the economy is bad and the ordinary people are being exploited by business and the rich. A young man, Josh, offers his observations. I've lived in Warren, Pennsylvania my whole life, born and i raised. If it weren't for my family being here, I'd be gone along with so many others. The only good thing I can say about where I live is that the crime rate is low. Of course, the police are worthless. When you need them, they don't want to get involved. The welfare system sucks. There's no help available for working people who must struggle to make ends meet; especially if they don't happen to have children. Furthermore, there are no jobs, none worth a damn, anyway. Don't come to Warren!
