Jermaine Fox was a probation officer bullying children in the notoriously bad Dauphin County in Southcentral Pennsylvania. The cops busted him for doing dirty things to a troubled teenage girl. According to the police version, on at least one occasion, the devious probation agant went to the private psychiatric hospital where the fifteen year-old was being treated and took her away with him. He's said to have told the hospital that the child had to go to a probation meeting. The agent is said to have taken the deranged child to his apartment where he's accused of subjecting her to a whole list of sexual abuses. Most serious of the accusations is "involuntary deviant sexual intercourse." In legal double talk that means that he forced the girl into oral or anal sex. This is not what's meant by eating at Wendy's!
