God Bless America!
Not the Indians, Of Course
America's Gifts To
The World

By: Casper Vespucci

God Bless America! (The tricky Christian god, of course.) America has given so much misery, suffering and evil to the world that we deserve some credit for our accomplishments. Who else terrorizes the whole planet? Who else has so many weapons of mass destruction that we can destroy ourselves and everyone else 1600 times over? To Mexico: You are our good neighbor, but you're impoverished and weak. Since you send us much of our imported oil, much of our imported food, much of our imported clothing and much of our imported labor, we reward you with American gifts. We give you hatred, intolerance, bullying, intimidation and demeaning condescension. We disrespect you.

Because you work hard, we look down upon you and belittle you. You don't even say "thank you" for all our loathing. You think you deserve to be respected. We disrespect you. We have no respect for anyone, certainly not ourselves.

You think you should be treated fairly, treated decently. America's gifts don't include fair or decent treatment. America's gift is exploitation.

To Canada: Since you mostly speak the approved language, English, we despise you slightly less than Mexico. It speaks that primitive, hard-to-learn Spanish. You are our good neighbor except you're far too nice to foreigners. You're too decent, too respecting of others and too civilized. Of course, you're much too liberal (that means decent).

You send us more of our imported oil than any other nation. You send us electricity, lumber, paper, food, gold, silver and strategic minerals. You're our biggest trading partner. In return we give you the American gifts of hatred, arrogance, greed and intolerance. We detest you because you're weaker and poorer than we are. We detest you because you show us how good we might have been if the fanatics hadn't strangled us. America's gift is, we try to ignore your example.

To Venezuela: Since you endured centuries of American intimidation and domination, America gives you its gift of hatred, exploitation, contempt and threats. Our Christian fanatics don't tolerate your politics. They want to murder you and your leaders because they fear your independence. America forces its version of "democracy" upon you, its corruption and its contempt for the common, working people. You don't even realize how much better than you we are. You ignore the fact that you're supposed to be our obedient puppet.

America's gift is our intolerance.

To Columbia: Our addiction to your cocaine means you're bad. We are good, of course. America has many addictions besides just oil. America's gifts to you are cops and an army to occupy you, to dominate you and to hate you. That's what America does best, hate. That's what America teaches, hatred. American television is dominated by preachers of hatred, intolerance and exploitation. The O'Reillys are the example of the very worst qualities in the American psyche. America is your dictator. Don't think for yourself.

To Iraq: America brought you the gift of aggressive war, death and destruction. We murdered tens of thousands of innocent persons. But they weren't Americans, so we don't care. We destroyed your country. We devastated you priceless antiquities. We exploited you so that our big businesses could profit. America gave you the gift of a worthless puppet government. We gave you American imperial Christianity. We gave you Christian extremism to add to your own religious extremism. America gives you the gift of hatred and intolerance, exploitation and corruption. All we ask in return is your oil and the fun of slaughtering your women and babies. You have tasted American kindness.

To Afghanistan: America gave you war. We gave you mass murder. America happily murdered tens of thousands of your people. We are wiser than you are. We know what's good for you. You don't know what's good for you. America's gifts are Christian fanatics, Christian colony, hatred, corruption, death. You don't have the right to decide things for yourself. America's gift is an impotent puppet government, American greed, American lust for wholesale killing. We look down on you because you're poor and weak. We're much better terrorist than the ones we killed.

To England: Suckers! We bought you cheap. Now, just be a good tail and wag when the dog tells you to. Suckers!

To France and Germany: You're so dumb you don't realize that we're your boss. You cannot think for yourself. America's gift is to be your dictator. You must do what we tell you to do. Be obedient servants like England and Italy.

You want to make decisions for yourselves. You can't defy our orders. America doesn't tolerate independence or freedom. American's gifts to you are our rage, our hatred (of course, we hate everybody) and what financial injury we can inflict upon you.

America doesn't respect dissent from our instructions. You refused to join our silly, evil war. We are the empire. You must obey. America's gift is intolerance and harm. Next to hatred, doing harm is what America does best. Greed is not far behind.

To China: You are our slave labor. You make things. We are addicted to things. You make things cheap. We want things to be cheap. We can look down on you. We like to look down on people. We like to feel superior. America's gifts to you are our contempt for you, our money, billions and billions of dollars of your money for your cheap wares.

You are getting strong. You are getting rich. You scare us. You could be as evil as we are.

To India: We know that you're dirty, lazy and as dark as some Africans. That makes you bad. We're good. We hold you in contempt. America's gifts to you are our hatred and exploitation.

You work hard, you learn quickly. We send you our jobs because you'll work cheap. We like cheap labor. America's gifts to you are we take your doctors off your hands and your technicians and scientists. We make fun of you and belittle you.

You operate the little businesses upon which we rely, but you are illegal! We hate you. They'll vote. We hate your babies. They are born Americans. We hate you and all the "illegals because you'll take our power. America is addicted to power.

To the rest of the World: Puny, worthless louts, what do you matter? We give you the gift of our disrespect. We hate you. We look down upon you. We exploit you. We use you. America's gifts to you are our loathing. You exist for us to use and abuse.

We wonder why everybody in the world hates us. We wonder why everybody in the world wants to do us harm. We are getting back what we give out.
