Criminal Harassment
By: OFG

A weasely little guard, I'll call him Boner, repeatedly harassed me. He invented rules and ordered me to obey them. He intentionally delayed me when I was rushing to visit with my wife. To make it difficult to complain about his conduct, the coward didn't wear a name badge. A rule (DC-ADM 6.2.4) specifically requires guards to display their names.

It was pretty petty and immature, the kind of thing you'd expect from a Pennsylvania prison guard. However harassment is a crime in Pennsylvania. If Boner thought I'd committed a crime, he'd break his mousy neck to file a charge against me, so I submitted a grievance.

I was not allowed to pursue the grievance because if I did, an investigation would have to be conducted about the guard. A report would have to be made. I think Boner got wind of my gripe. He eased off on his crimes against me. I suppose he's got another victim.
