There are a lot of violent criminals in Philadelphia, hundreds of murders, endless savagery, especially in the Afro-American culture. There are almost as many viciously violent cops. Phili cops are a ruthless street gang. Sheldon Fitzgerald and Howard Hill III are two thugs. They are Philadelphia cops. Together they savagely beat David Vernitsky into the hospital. They smashed his face and broke his jaw. Then the cops did what cops always do; they lied. They falsified official records. Cops are even worse that prison guards and lawyers. But, you ask, what about the victim? What was David Vernitsky's crime that warranted such a violent attack? Mister Vernitsky is a graffiti artist. That was his "crime," spray painting some street art. Never, ever trust any cop in Pennsylvania, certainly none in Philadelphia.
