Prisoners in the whole civilized world have access to email and the Internet. What's Pennsylvania afraid of? Is it any wonder that we're sinking into social morass while so many other nations are blooming?

We asked the principal of one of Pennsylvania's prison schools. (The Internet is the core of modern information and education.) We got no answer. We asked a prison librarian - no answer.

While the world eagerly adopts 21st century advancements, Pennsylvania and, indeed, America, has regressed to 1952, a political, religious and innovative dark age!
