Stalker Cop
Can't Take No for an Answer

By: Elsa Mason

Scott Henry Eisenhart was a Pennsylvania state cop living in the village of Newport in the central part of Pennsylvania. Virtually all Pennsylvania state cops are rotten apples. To hear his former girlfriend tell it, Scott Eisenhart was no exception.

The lady's story is that "trooper" Eisenhart, apparently entering his mid-life crisis at age 35, came to her home in New Bloomfield to investigate a burglary. It seems the cop liked what he saw. He had a steamy sexual affair with the woman until she discovered he was married. The lady broke off. Cops are bad, married cops are worse.

The victim later complained to the state police that Eisenhart wouldn't take no for an answer. She said that he stalked her and harassed her, going to her home and standing near her window. There's no report about what the cop's wife was doing all this time.

When things started to get hot, the cop quit the force. That didn't prevent the state cops (after a very long delay) from filing charges againt Eisenhart.

It all goes to show, like other men, cops think with their dicks, not their brains.
