Daniel T. Rogers was a guard at the children's jail at Greensburg in Westmoreland County in Southwestern Pennsylvania. Pennsylvania is so obsessed with imprisonment that it loves locking up girls (mostly black) too. Guard Daniel T. Rogers liked to sexually assault the girls. He pleaded guilty for a slap on the wrist. The girls must live with the double shame of having been imprisoned and of having been sexually assaulted by authorities.
