The mania over drug use has become a real sickness for a certain group of people. Drugs, like black magic, witchcraft and heresy must be stamped out even if it means loosing all freedom, reason and justice in the process. It's insane!
Recently $330,000.00 more of your money went into the mania. The Pennsylvania prison system used the money to buy four all-wheel-drive trucks and to hire yet another four guards and to train them in how to get a dog to sniff around in a prison for drugs.
By my rough calculations, that means that each truck and driver costs you $82,500.00! Is that your idea of a bargain?
