Dharma Seeds is a non-profit organization that produces a newspaper about meditation with a Catholic and Zen focus to those in jail, incarcerated within state or federal prisons. We utilize other writers to supplement our newsletter. We have been blessed to include many known authors specializing in meditation or Centering Prayer such as: Fr. Thomas Keating, Dan Millman, Tony Schirtzinger (therapist), Rev. Ryuei Michael McCormick, and many others. All subscriptions are free of charge to those incarcerated.
