Don't be fooled.

Police "science" is a fraud. What passes as evidence obtainedby the police "laboratory" is used to lend an air of abstract "truth" tocriminal charges. The intention is to use the phony science to validatestandard, old fashion cop lies. We members of the public are so infatuatedby "science" and gadgets that we'll buy almost any yarn if it's decoratedwith enough pseudo-science. Test yourself. 

Suppose that I was standing there and I tell you thatJoe, the cop, shot Alice, the motorist. But the cops like their colleague,Joe, so they cover up for him as they've done many times in the past. Theyhave another guy, an ex-con, child-molester former rapist, Bill, the trouble-maker.The cops don't like Bill. They've pinned false charges on him in the past. 

Cop Joe, the real shooter is taken to the station andthe technician from the crime lab scans his hands with the newest device,the "Scanning Cell Disruption Analyzer," ("SCDA"). This fabulous miracleof cop-science scans the cop's hands. If he's fired a gun within the last24 hours, the sophisticated machine will be able to detect the disruptionin his cell structure. It will even readout when the gun was fired andwhat the caliber of the gun was.

You are so gullible that you are perfectly willing notonly to believe that such a gadget exists, but tot rust in it's "findings"as if they were truth. Now, if I threw in the assertion that the machinewas so precise that it can also give the age and telephone number of theperson that was shot, you might get a little skeptical. But, to us, themachine is god.

Of course, the cops' "SCDA" proves conclusively that thecop didn't fire a gun and therefore couldn't have shot Alice, the motorist.Then the cops scoop up their patsy, Bill, the trouble-maker. They offerto give him the "test." He's no smarter than you are and he believes thecop-lie that the gadget is real science. Since he knows he didn't shootanybody, he agrees to the "test." Of course, the imaginary "SCDA" provesconclusively that Bill fired a gun of the same caliber as the one whichfelled poor Alice.

At trial I testify and tell you that I personally sawthe cop shoot the woman. The "scientist" from the cop-lab testifies thattheir scanner proved that the cop hadn't fired a gun. It identified thatfilthy ex-con as having shot a gun like the one used in the crime. You'llbelieve the gadget every time over the human eyewitness.

But ALL the results and "science" from cop laboratoriesis bogus. Don't believe any of it. the cops are in the business of puttingtheir enemies into prison. Once they pick their patsy, they do whateveris necessary to create or change "evidence," to lie and hide and invent.In every single case I've examined, the cops have falsified evidence, hidden"exculpatory" evidence and lied. It is their profession, after all.

If you were suing a doctor would you trust the doctor'sown tests about his conduct? Why would you trustthe cops' "science" when they have a vested interest in distorting theresults? 

The Pennsylvania State Cops aren't the only scientificfrauds. Remember the FBI laboratory and the recent stink about their systematicfalsification of everything from DNA to fingerprints. When cops do "science,"it becomes fantasy. Don't trust it. When there is "crime-lab" evidence,the evidence is the crime.

And a special reminder to defense lawyers; no matter whatthe cop "crime-lab" reports, don't trust it. Have your own laboratory workdone independently. Cops are liars.
